The convenient location was perfect for my weekend strolls, with the Towner Art Gallery just 700 meters away and the beautiful beach only 500 meters away, making it easy to soak in the coastal views and local culture. the friendly staff and cozy lounge area added to the warm atmosphere after a full day of exploring.

The twin room felt dreary and in need of significant updates, with insufficient lighting and concerns about cleanliness, including a bed bug discovery. Communication was frustrating. attempts to reach out for assistance went unanswered, and interactions with staff were unprofessional, leading to a denial of a refund despite my circumstances. the location was conveniently close to local attractions, and light snacks available were enjoyable, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the multiple issues encountered.

The bed was practically unusable, feeling incredibly worn out, while mismatched furniture and a lack of adequate lighting contributed to a depressing atmosphere.

Staying close to the sea in Eastbourne 🌊

Location was insane, just a stone's throw from the beach. Chommies at the reception were friendly and sorted out our brekkie for us. Loved the tea and coffee facilities in the room, made it feel more homely.

Rooms could do with a dash of modernisation, felt a bit dated.
